it´s the second time I have updated my OSTC, and I´m having a problem, to wich I haven´t found a solution on the forum I hope you can help me solving it!!

Still trying to connect the device... :-(

I have seen a different link (in german) with a user facing the same type of problems, I keep trying different solutions....

I have installed in an older acer laptop with xp the drivers, and doesn´t work either... keep allowing me to charge the batery but ...

This is something I already tried, but i have done it again.
Windows doesn´t update the drivers an tell that it already has the latest driver...

It might be easier to transfer the logbook to a different pc (at least try to ), and transfer the divelog to my computer... I´ve runned out of ideas...

The laptop has 3 different usb ports, none of witch are in use when I try connecting my ostc 2n device. The system is feshly started, so no other software is running at the background. I therefore do not use a usb multiplier or anything alike...

yes, i did check the link, but unfortunately it has not solved the problem, that`s why i decided to post the new threat... :(

Windows 7 give's me an error meassage when I connect the 2n to the pc... the battery is reloading fine, but I can not connect it... error 43 or 10 on the port ...
