bei meinem OSTC 2C bleibt das Display dunkel. Was kann ich da machen?

Funktioniert nicht, zumindest bei Mk.2. Trotz passenendem Adapter erscheint kein Pop-Up Fenster, das auffordert, Divemate zu öffnen.
