Re: Compass Indications with v3.27

Hi Matthias,
I've recalibrated the compass facing north several times, exactly as you described.
Still the same problem on OSTC 3 #2430 with v.327_FR_3_cr_ostc3_firmware.hex!!!
- Hardware: 0E80-7205
- Sensor: 08F5-74B0
Will this compass issue be resolved with a future update?
Thanks for your help.

Compass Indications with v3.27

Hello Matthias
I updated my OSTC 3 #2430 to 327_FR_3_cr_ostc3_firmware.hex. Thanks for the update.
I calibrated the compass twice in all three axes in open fields on the grass.
I noticed significant instability when placing the compass on the ground in the grass, facing due north.
Once stabilized ...

Re: hwOS TECH: New Firmware 3.19

Hi Matthias,
With firmware v3.16 I could turn on my OSTC3 USB #2430 by pressing a single button, right or left, which never gave me the slightest problem,
With the v3.19 update I have to press the 2 buttons simultaneously to turn on my OSTC3 USB,
Is this a new procedure?

Re: hw OS tech 3.10 - gasplaning

hi guys
I think I discovered a little miscalculation in the simulator and I hope only in the simulator (not tested in real dives by now) just by playing around and compairing the runtime of the OSTC with the new subsurface planing.

Hi Ralph,

In the v3.10 presentation you talk about a new function:
> New option to acknowledge the most recent warning in dive mode (Left press -> Ackn?)
I havn't seen it ! Can we see it on the simulator ?
To translate "Ackn" in French, what is the English term ?

In the simulator we have "G ...

I had that problem too. I had to reconnect (several times) and start the install again. Eventually it ran through. I am still convinced HW should never have switched to BT. USB is much more reliable.

Completely agree with this, or it would be perfect if HW gave the choice of connecting the TC ...

I am color-blind and l'm not certainly the only OSTC user in this case
