it was working already on my PC and MAC . With OSTC Planner

I tried to connect to another computer without success. But the battery of my OSTC is charging. On my PC, when I connect the mouse starts to load but it does not connect.

Since one month the named diving computer is not working how it should. Basicly the problem is that when I want to charge the computer by the USB-plug it doesn't charge. The same problem is when I want to connect me with the my Mac or Windows PC, the diving computer is not visible.
