Charging OSTC 4

Hello
I'm having problems to load my OSTC 4. How I can not properly place to charge . If you move a millimeter , it no longer works ...
Always have the screen on to see if the charging continues .

Very disappointed recharge system

No signs of corrosion.

I'ts my seconde OSTC, I had the same problem with my OSTC 2...

My computer does not recognize the OSTC when I plug . Nothing is happening.

No connection with my Computer

I have a OSTC3 and I can no longer connect to my computer.

The connection with the USB cable no longer works. I already had this problem with another OSTC . Unable to retrieve the logs of my dives.

Problem with transfert

hello
I received my new OSTC3 this morning. I connect it to my computer and I try to transfer my logs on DiveLog

I 'm the Com3 USB port that opens. Current transfer and the transfer stops and tells me that the OSTC is not connected!
