I have'nt been diving for a long time but the other day i just thought i should update my OSTC3, just because.
Using the Companion 3.0 beta 8 it was no problem connecting and updating firmware of my OSTC3 #2432.
But now after the update neither the Companion 3.0 nor the 3.2 will connect to the ...

Regarding the battery issue, I've had that too but only once when using a 1.5V battery. When using the type of SAFT battery the computer is delivered with I've had no issues.

Try using a different usb port, helped me to switch from front to back usb on computer.

Hello again and thank you Matthias for always being quick to answer. I don't however think there was anything wrong with the file name but what I eventually did was just type in the name of the file in the search box and hit "open" and the install started without a problem even though the file ...

Hi OSTC team, i had a very strange thing happen to my OSTC3 last weekend, i did 3 dives in total, 2 on saturday and 1 on sunday, i don't remember exactly my battery charge before saturday dives but i did notice it was at 81% after these 2 dives.

Hi HW, regarding the fibre port on OSTC3, is there any chance you guys could build, or are already planning to build an air-pressure gauge that goes on normal OC air tanks to get on-screen how much air i have left in bar? Would it be possible, and would it be likely, HW developing a wire connecting between the optic wet connector of the ostc3 and the 1's stage (via some new battery powered manometer) to see the tank pressure on-screen?
