Hi. I tried to update my OSTC 2C today from v3.15 to v3.16 but now the display has frozen with the text "Bootloader Please wait!" and the blue light on the back is flashing. How can I get it working again ?

Hi
I have a problem with the right piezo button on my OSTC2. It started in December but changing the sensitivity to 20% solved the problem until a few days ago. I have updated Firmware to 3.11 but the right button still doesn't work. I can sometimes get it to respond by tapping with my fingernail ...
