I have OSTC sport the old version (bluetooh 2.0), it can be connected to my macbookpro before, but I try to upload some dive recently and found bluetooth connection gone and I cannot see OSTC on my bluetooth device list.

Would like to know Does Sport detect how much battery left if I put a previous used battery (50% used) than wrongly select 100% new instead keep old % from menu.

My recently case is that I wrongly select 100% new battery and Sport using this % for afterward dive, I then have no idea how much ...

I have same issue where manual said August 2014 from product page.
I did download from firmware update page that manual said Jun 2016.

Hi, I got my SPORT return from you after your help to upgrade latest version.

After try to take out battery and replace, same as before where date and time auto reset to factory default 13.01.13, time has extra 30 mins

My OSTC Sport after some time using, the sensitivity of both buttons totally different.

The left button (select) has to be press few times to take next step however the right button can action on every press.

Does anyone have same issue and how to fix it?

Please be informed I have same problem and although I did reinstall companion the latest version from the website. It pop up error:roadblock timeout.

I did use the latest version of subsurface, I have same result as pervious version, error from OSTC Sport : verify FAILED.

The problem now I faced is no bluetooth connection. Not with companion, Not with Subsurface.

Therefore, I cannot update any firmware or new dive log if any.

I previous used 10.19 update dive log which can be done on one macbook pro but not other one at home (both OS X 10.10.5).

Then I update to 10.20 from office macbook pro and took some dive few days ago, I tried to upload dive log but no luck.

I cannot connect my sport by bluetooth from my ...

I did download divelogs from my other Macbook pro with OS 10.10.4, but not my home MacBook Pro with 10.10.5

So It might be OS issue and hope someone can address this to Apple to fix it cause I really don't know what happen in OS.
