Dear community, I have an issue with my OSTC 4 (present firmware) . After charging (fully charged) the device for my present diving vacation in Austria the device does not start, only the backlight switches on and nothing else happens. Try charging after unmounting the backplate that holds the bungees. That helped me after around two days placing the unit above the charger without getting steady green.
