Hi, I have an ostc2 tek and an ostc2 tr and I tried to update the firmware to version 3.07. it works but when i connect using companion 3.0 it doesn't let me set the name and logo. What can I do? Thanks

Hello. I have 2 computers an ostc2tek and an ostc2tr. I updated the language in Italian and the firmware 3.07. When I connect using companion3.0 and select ostc2, it allows me to update the firmware but not to set name and logo.
What should I do?
