Re: hwOS Tech: Version 3.07 released
Is one of the possible problems with earlier fw that the computer all of a sudden doesn't turn on anymore (OSTC Plus Tech 3.??)
Last Sunday had a dive where the battery reached warning (I think less than 14% remaining somewhere halfway the dive) but computer worked the entire dive.

I reproduced this dive in Subsurface diveplanner (looks like you used the same programm for your uploaded image) and with your settings it is about correct that NDL was about 4 minutes at the time you arrived at 33 meters (when diving on normal Air).

Wow, I think I need to read all this again a few times, but my first reaction would be:
It looks like now I need to bring a manual before every dive until I get the hang of when and how to use first gas, work gas and deco gas.
Also it looks like the pre-dive checklist needs to be extended with ...

Tried it too after a dive yesterday evening and not working for OSTC4. I did send you the dump file already together with a screenshot I saw on my phone.
Later tried to import on the same phone from OSTC plus and that did work.
On both computers I choose for BLE method.

Re: Strange characters when entering deco
Why not just enter 1?
IMHO 1 is more clear than .. and usually that's a stop that will be eliminated during ascent anyhow.
Also showing 1 is showing a stop "on the safe side". We are always tought to round up so why not do it here...

Re: TTS is adding Safety Stop (3')
Leave it as it is, the added benefit of a slow ascent during the last 3 meters outweighs the fact that a faster ascent is possible.
If need be than add a setting so those who are really annoyed by it can turn it off, but then again those people count with maybe 10m/minute and they can do the math ...

Re: TTS Calculation
As I recall correctly the OSTC now indeed uses a 1m / minute ascent rate from (I believe 6m) to the surface.
Hence the longer time. Personally I think it's good practice to have an ascent rate this slow for the last 6 meters especially on a deco dive. It makes me much less "tired" after a dive when ...

Just crossed my fingers and started the update from 1.4.7 to 1.4.8. Took about 2 - 3 minutes (didn't time it really) and parts 1 and 3 where transferred and update was finished.
Now wait what happens in the water, hopefully not again a Sleep sleep sleep message, but so far everything looks good ...

Up to now I've had almost nothing but trouble upgrading and last time it needed to restart more than 10 times to go from the last beta to 1.4.7.
For me since 1.4.7 i've made about 15 dives all without any problems. I'm a little bit into the if it ain't broke don't fix it now.

Possible bug found
Today I made 2 deco dives (only small deco, but nevertheless deco) and where before I would also see the deco painted after downloading the dives to Divinglog, today on both dives the deco is shown in the logbook, but on both dives nothing is shown in Divinglog.
Could this be a divinglog problem or ...

In the past I have done several updates that not always went quite well (maybe coincidence with faulty hardware that HW replaced) and last time HW put the 1.3.x beta version on it after which I did not have any problems yet.

It's more of a nice to have feature than a need to have or cannot without. But having seen this come to the Divesoft firmware recently I thought that should it be relatively simple to implement it would be a nice addition.

Inclinometer possible?
I just read an article from another dive computer brand that has built an inclinometer into it's last firmware version.
This would be a very welcome addition to the OSTC Plus too especially when diving in caves. Hopefully this is also something that is possible for HWOS.

Sorry for my reply in English.
It must be very very clear to the end-user when such a setting is reset upon an upgrade.
