I find it absurd that OSTC does not provide its own updated software to be able to take advantage of all the features and to personalize the device.

I bought a "OSTC2" last week. Unfortunately I can not use any software on MAC. I connect only with OSTC Companion but OSTC pler does not see the door. I've also tried windows (I have a pc with VISTA) but I can not connect the OSTC tools. HWCongif sees com 8 and connects. OSTC Confing only sees ...
