Problem solved, the right FW is now on it. I will write a mail to the owner of the iOS App to check this. Seems that the App is linked to the wrong FW or it is not recognising the cR version.

I have to confirm that since last update my OSTC+ is also rebooting during the dive. Had it on two TX dives.

I have a similar problem and no response from the guys at the moment. I assume they are trying to find the problem. Exchange your battery with a non chargeable AA Battery for a while, until the guys (hopefully) find a solution for us.

Done as recommended, tested with two different chargers and two different batteries. It does not charge. We have switched now to a normal AA battery. It is a new unit we have got in exchange last September after the problems with the buttons on the previous one.

Wenn die Tastenempfindlichkeit das Problem nicht löst, am besten gleich HW per Mail kontaktieren. Ich hatte das selbe Problem im Sommer, irgendwann ging nichts mehr. Dann habe ich meinen Plus Tech eingeschickt und neue Tasten bekommen. Der Service ist schnell und unproblematisch.

My left button is dead now. I can‘t even download my dives, because I can‘t switch on the OSTC.
Is there any workaround. Is this a known problem or is something broken?

I will send an email later today if nobody has an idea how to solve it. I was hoping that nothing is broken, because I need my OSTC until next week Friday. We are diving twice a day at the moment...

On lower sensitivity you need a lot of power to push it, I would say over 50% it doesn‘t work any more. You can push as much you want and nothing will happen.

I am not disturbed by this. Ascending to the surface from the last stop with 1 m/min is a good thing. It gives you a realistic TTS anyway. If you want to go faster for any reason, you have some spare time. I wouldn‘t change it.
