I did try that - does the protection circuit also drop the voltage? When I add that onto the new battery I get 3.88v and the mk2 then only powers on when I connect the usb...

Hi Mattias - Id read that, but seemed only applicable to the V2 bootloader...

I did guess that that the V1 was needed and downloaded that off your website and everything was easy and intuitive.

Needed the old bootloader!

Now just need to find a new battery that isn't extortionately priced! lol...

yeah - I understand that, and wouldnt expect to see features from the newer models...

The question really, was are there likely to be any further updates of any kind, and if so, are HW still looking at suggested enhancements (like in my OP )
