accidently downloaded and transferred tech firmware to my sport, it now seems to be locked on the firmware page, sayin done and service mode enabled

just updated ostc sport to firmware 10.75, i now have a problem turning on the computer, before the firmware update one press on the left hand button would fire up the computer, now i have to press several times, even both buttons at once to get it to turn on

why wont my sport upgrade to firmware 10.71. i have gone through the procedure with various software, subsurface, android, apple iphone, the all connect the the dive computer, then go through the download, verify and then the computer still reboots in firmware 10.68

i have a problem with my ostc sport v 10.68. it never asks me what battery i am inserting and every battery i put in shows red 0%

yes it was set to OC, the first dive recorded perfectly, but nothing recorded for the second dive. the computer seemed to work perfectly during the second dive, apart from not recording it. unfortunately because of Covid and restrictions, i have had little chance to use the computer since purchase ...
