Trading in OSTC Mk1 for MkII
I would like to trade in my OSTC Mk1 for a Mk2.
Do I do this directly with you (HW) or do I go to the shop that I bought it from?(Deep Ideas, in the UK)
ps: I have no problem with the Mk1 - I really like it - it is just that I have to have something at Christmas ! :->

Bailout to OC from CCR
I don't dive CCR, so this might be a stupid question... so forgive me if it is.
With the OSTC, how do you switch to OC from CC, if you have to bailout of your rebreather?

Ok, forgive my translation: "I have a hearing impairment in my right ear (after 25 years playing in an orchestra). I carry the ostc on my right - how loud do you want it to beep??? "
I guess your ears are better than mine. I better go see the doctor again!

Showing seconds - font size?
I like the option, added to the latest beta versions, of showing seconds on the dive time (thanks).
Just a thought for possible future development - but to aid clarity and avoid confusion, could the font size of the seconds be slightly smaller than the minutes and hours (when using the larger font ...

PC Simulation to match?
I am familiar with Vplanner software and use it occasionally, if I am going to use custom backup tables with my OSTC.
Is there similar planning software available to match the OSTC's model, including using GFs? (and print out tables to match the GFs?)

Deco list - two 6m stops?
v1.35 - in the simulator, any any dive going into deco, I get something like this with the deco-list:
6m : 18
6m : 0
9m : 4
12m : 2
Are there two 6m entries (one is always "0" ) because I have set the minimum deco depth to be 6m and not 3m ?

I had initial problems, but I think they were more down to me than the OSTC or software.
In the end I got it working with DivingLog 4 and not Jdivelog.
A few things that might help:

Re: Graphic decoplan
Nice.
Just a minor comment - given I would be ascending, I would naturally expect to read the deco upwards - i.e. the first stop at the bottom and work my way up.

Re: Bug report: fails to start
It definitely looks like the logbook memory is corrupted and with the false (and unable to delete) dive.
Also annoying is that it is not allowing any of the real dives to be downloaded. The downloader (using the downloader with DiverLog4) just shows the corrupted dive. The logbook function on the ...

Re: Bug report: fails to start
Did this, however, the problem is still there.
Added a new dive via the simulator and then did a delete all; however, it only deleted the new simulated dive.
The persistant "error" dive that cuases the machine to die is still there and causes the machine to die when accessed.

Re: Bug report: fails to start
Interesting. The reset brings the machine back to life; however, there is one dive still in the memory.
When I access that dive, the machine tries to show the profile and dies. Reset brings it back to life.
And this repeats.
Dive is: 01 17/11 30.1m 58'
(not one of my dives).

My unit now had failed to start/turn-on.
v1.30 (battery fully charged). 2 months old (serial 11-165)
I deleted all the logbook (kept the button pressed in for the 9 seconds). The log book then showed only one spurious dive and after deleting that, the machine then fails to turn-on. No life at all ...

Building MD2 Hash?
I have been trying to connect my unit (v1.30) to DiveLog and JdiveLog (unsuccessfully).
After pressing the reset button I get the follow message on the device:
Builiding MD2 Hash
Please Wait...
I presume this is a normal check after the reset has been pressed?
