Hi Matthias,
That was my solution as well, which seems to work so far. I do think that 3.1v (or any too low voltage) and 100% should not be reported together without any warning, even without calibration.

Re: hwOS Sport: New Firmware 10.68
I ran into 2 bugs when I had to use my backup computer, which was unused for a while. I put it on the charger for a bit, checked charge (100%), and updated it to 10.68. - I checked charge again (100%) before the dives, and it failed to start for the second dive of the day. Appeared to be an empty ba...

Re: Can't close OSTC plus battery cap
Yes, I did. Turns out the cap is eager to cross-thread with the o-ring in place, finding a 'false' thread. With some care the correct thread is found and the cap can close completely.

Can't close OSTC plus battery cap
I'm running into an issue with my wife's OSTC plus. I can't seem to screw the battery cap close, with the o-ring installed. Without the o-ring, it works, but with the oring it gets stuck with the o-ring still visible. I recall earlier it taking some force to insert (noticably more, and the o-ring wi...

Re: Improvement of TR reception
I've borrowed a friends Perdix AI computer with Aqualung (PPS) transmitter. Same configuration (computer and transmitter at the same place, same divesite), everything worked flawlessly above and below water.

Does 3.03B1 include logging tank pressure on TR models?

Re: Improvement of TR reception
I think it was less than half a meter or so? I dive in horizontal trim, computer on right wrist, cable light held with goodman handle in right hand. I think 3.01 is on RX 1.35 or 1.36. v10.53 is on RX 1.37. If I reboot my computer to 3.01 now it reports RX 1.37, so updating it that way seems to work...

Re: Improvement of TR reception
Last dive actually went pretty well, pressure worked for most parts of the dive. Used sport v10.53 (which has a more recent RX-firmware than tech. I believe installing v10.53 then installing 3.01 would also work. Transmitter was in front of my wing, just next to my right shoulder. When pressurized, ...

Re: Improvement of TR reception
Same here. Still trying various ways to mount/orient the transmitter, but 'poor' is the best I've seen so far, with large parts of the dive without pressure reading. I've used AI before (Suunto, Uemis), and while all systems can suffer from the occasional glitch, this is by far the poorest performan...

OSTC2 TR pressure in log?
Is logging tank pressure in the log (and export) on the roadmap for a future software release? (as v3.01 doesn't seem to do this yet)

First dive with TR
After some struggles to get my TR to actually work with a transmitter, and eventually resulting in having both replaced in November, I was finally able to do a dive today with the TR. This is not my first AI computer, I've owned an Uemis SDA, and have borrowed a Suunto AI before. The TR is my second...

Nice work!
Does beta 5 already fix the TR issues in combination with screen brightness settings as mentioned in the discussion a few days ago?

TR problem seeing transmitter
I'm having problems getting my OSTC2 TR to see the transmitter. It will take minutes for the computer to even see the transmitter, and once it does, it will only do so for a short while before the pressure reading is lost again. This behaviour is repeatable, although timing varies, and I've taken a ...

Re: hwOS Tech: 2.99 beta released
I actually liked the old red/orange scheme, use it a lot for night dives where the display is too bright even on the lowest setting. I was pleasantly surprised by the new scheme during the latest dives though, and the screen seemed less bright (on a different computer though).

Re: Store compass heading longer?
Checked, and works perfectly functional. Thanks! Didn't notice the feature earlier because when playing I usually enter the menu (which resets, duh), and used a workaround when diving (either setting the course at the last minute, or keeping the computer awake.)

Re: Store compass heading longer?
For me 15 minutes would be fine. I admit I like Spacefish' suggestion (essentially, a *long* sleep resets the heading. )

Store compass heading longer?
One thing I miss when using the compass on my OSTC2 is being able to set the heading it advance (say, when gearing up). By the time I hit the water, the computer will have gone to sleep again, and will have lost the heading i set.
Is it possible to retain this heading for longer in a future release?
