I tried to compile different versions of OSTC firmware and tested it.
It seems the trouble is induced by my older MPLAB 8.73.
Compiling 2.70 firmware was OK, and 2.80+ firmware versions are compiled bad.
Do you require newer version of MPLAB for compiling latest firmware?

After reflashing my OSTC #5086 to V2.80 I encounter:
1. Bad tissue graph in surface as well as diving mode (screenshot attached)
2. Before going to sleep, the device says "Calculating MD2 hash" not just first time, but every time it goes.

Perhaps the sleep mode interval is subtracted from desat. interval twice?
Take a look, after 15 min sleep Desat decremented to approx. 30 min,
after next 10 min sleep Desat decremented to 20 min... This could help to find a bug!

Desat. interval wrong: occurred again on 17.08.2011.
Conditions: FW V1.97beta.
Dive max.depth 43m, desaturation in logbook listed: 20:22.

after 08:10 surface OSTC lists Desat 5:41 in Surface mode.
08:10 + 05:41 != 20:22

Please note that in v1.95beta when you specify surface interval before dive in simulator, if the string translation "Now ", if the text is more than 5 characters, it is not erased properly before replace to "##min", so some extra characters remain at end of. Looks weird

Now translated and adapted the latest v1.95beta from repository.
Also added 3 new symbols from v1.95, adapted text coordinate changes
in sumulator, CF changes etc.
Also attached the patch for v1.90 with some lang. fixes backported from v1.95.

After the dive the surf. time, desat. & noFly interval are displayed OK.
But when I've made changes to neutral CF31 (show battery voltage/icon)
the surf. time, desat. & noFly unexpectedly shortened in about 7 hours ...
