On my third dive with the OTSC I dived to 42m until reaching NDL=0min, then I started to ascend and the NDL stayed at 0min (as expected) but only when I reached 18m did it suddenly jumped to NDL=18min. No deco information was ever shown during the dive, and at no time did the NDL go above 0min ...
