OSTC Change Request
My previous query re the difference between the 2n and 3 tts on the deco planner for similar gases and profile remains unanswered. It is requested that the 3's deco planner is checked for accuracy against the 2n for a ccr deco profile using 20/80 gf's and the 3's software updated as required to alig...

2n and 3 deco planner Difference
I have the 2n and 3 computers. When I use deco planner on both computers fro the same profile there is 17 minutes difference. For example, in ccr mode, set point 1.3, dil 10/50, gf's 20/80, 60m dive for 30 minutes, the 2n gives 60 minutes tts but the 3 says 94 minutes tts, yet when I run both simula...

Re: New OSTC3 firmware 1.03 available for download
I am trying to do my first firmware upgrade. I have installed the companion software and connected my ostc3 but it is not then clear what I need to do to upgrade the firmware. Companion recognizes my ostc, which displays starting...done Service Mode enabled. I think it should show download mode enab...

Re: CCR setpoint changing with OSTC 2n
Not a function of much use for me with a stand alone computer. The difference between say a 0.7 set point during the descent and 1.3 once on the bottom is negligible. Pre set it to your bottom set point and leave it. There are far more desirable features needed such as a real time gf display, bailou...

Re: Features request : switching GF underwater
I think the ability to switch would be a good thing and improve personal choice options. Following an emergency bailout to OC I wish to get up off the bottom quickly and as safe as reasonable. Therefore, when the computer is switched to bailout I would like the bailout computer readings to reflect m...

Re: CCR Bailout Planning
Very good, is the conclusion that we'll get this facility? If not it'd be nice too, if nothing else than to help gas planning. Would also be a useful facility onthe ostc planning software.

CCR Bailout Planning
My ostc is set to gradient factors of 20/80 for ccr diving. When I bailout to open circuit, do the gradient factors stay the same for the open circuit gas. I would like my emergency bailout to be on a more aggressive profile than 20/80 to try and get out the water quicker. Is it possible to set diff...

Re: CCR Bailout Information
Thanks, I was thinking more towards real time information being displayed on the hoof without having to switch between the loop and bailout. Is the OC bailout TTS based on all active gases or the first in the list?

CCR Bailout Information
Currently, TTS bailout planning information is limited. It would be good to know bailout TTS information during the dive dependant upon the gases active in the list.
