Is there an issue with bailing out from CCR since the v3.00 update?
On my first dive post update where I bailed I couldn't find the option to change to bailout gas. Couldn't have been narced as it was only a max depth of 20m for the dive.
I had additional gasses set but couldn't see how to change.
It could simply be that there is a change in the leading compartment controlling the decompression. Remember that decompression is based on both the on-gassing and off-gassing of whichever compartment is leading and they do this at different rates.
Hansjoerg, agreed that the reply with the link is perfectly acceptable and I suppose I meant that in general some of your replies can seem to be blunt (I suppose this is a better word).
I suspect that your intent is to help, I just wanted to make sure you were aware that your impact is not ...

Not that I'm against greater ability to customise to personal preference but I'm curious as to the need for adjusted GF for CCR bailout. CCR courses recommend (at least the TDI course does) carrying suffient bailout gas to complete BO from the dive right to point where you would ascend (highest on ...
I personally like the safety stop feature and will use it as is. I bought the OSTC 2N as I suspect quite a few people did as an option that allows NDL diving with the ability to move to technical (and possibly CCR) diving. The reasons for my choice include the screen which allows for easy viewing ...
To give a slightly more useful answer, diving log on pc and dive log on iPad/iPhone/iPod touch are two different programs that will synchronise with each other, there are also other program's that will synchronise with either of these ie macdive will synchronise with dive log.
As per the manual (one area where it is up to date) the cycles is recharge cycles and the number in brackets is complete (full) charge cycles. Keep in mind it will show a charge cycle any time the OSTC is connected to a computer via USB.
Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to have the active gas highlighted in the gas switch menu on a future update.
As I often dive sidemount and Diving log will detect gas switches I tend to set two gases to air and switch gas to mark the tank switch. However as the gaslist does not indicate ...
