You don't need to dowload any comport thingies. However u need to choose the corect com port. What error message do u get?

You need to turn on the the OSTC to download the settings of the OSTC. And of course the OSTC needs to be turned on when uploading the settings.

I can only recommend it. Its cheaper than having to replace the glass. Any glass can be scratched. If a scratch does heal itself it would be a minor scratch. I doubt very much that anything bigger would heal itself.

Yes I do for app. 4 years now.
The great thing is that there r also Android and iPhone versions, though downloads from the 2N are only possible to the desktop version. The support from Sven and in the forums is great

Yep liegt mit höchster Wahrscheinlichkeit an JDiveLog denn mit Diving Log haben wir diese Probleme nicht.
