Re: A few ideas
Hi all Refering to PeterK's suggestion of a touchscreen and while we are talking about hardware changes, I much rather would prefer if its was possible to go back to a battery that can be changed by the user. Maybe Matthias can enlighten us what the rational behinde the decision of HW was to switch ...

Hi Michael,
Not to speak of the fact, that with the uemis you can (could) only read out the dive computer online. That as well as the switches to operate the DC, were the killer criteria not to buy the uemis. The OSTC is definatly better in this regard.

Re: Firmware update not sucessfull

Sven, Matthias,
Thanks heaps for your support. It now works just perfect.
What is especially neat, now it doesn't matter whether the OSTC is attached or not when starting Diving Log.

Sven, Here my feedback: - Click the "Configure OSTC" button to transfer only the CF1 and CF2 I was only able to receive CF1 as with previous times - Click the "Firmware Check" button to see if that works Firmware Check works fine, displays the current FW - Try to use the PC Simul...

Peter,
I downloaded the dive with the new FW without a hitch and it now also shows the NDL/StopTime. See the picture attached.

Hi all, I can confirm the problem with Diving Log. I have the latest version 5.0.5 installed and Custom FunctionsII ist not displayed. I guess we will have to pester Sven about that. I've started the following thread in the Diving Log Forum: http://www.divinglog.de/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1530...

Re: Firmware Update from V1.8
Hi Raymond,
Read the Sticky to FW 2.0 update! According to that you have to update first to 1.9 and only then can u go to 2.0.

Salut, Bei folgender Custom Function kann die Tiefe des letzten Dekostops definiert werden: CF29:Tiefe des letzten Dekostops Mit diesem Wert kann die Tiefe des letzten Dekostops verstellt werden. Hi DB, What both websites agree upon is that the batteries should not be stored at full charge and that with "high" temperatures (24 Deg. C) die life of the battery is reduced the most, especially when at full charge. I guess the conclusion to our discussion here and according to both webs...

Hi DB,
You wanna know about Lithium Ion batteries!? Have a look at this:

Especially the part about Charging Procedures is interesting.
Cheers,
Hansjoerg
