eeeehm, the file sent by the HW server is an .zip file, not an .exe Maybe you got something wrong with the extensions or you don't have an un-zipper programm installed?

It seems to be working with my Oneplus One too... First the USB connection was very unstable, then i changed the cable and it was ok. I'm just not satisfied with the look&feel of the App... It's very "old style" and far away from Material Design...

Hi thomann
Just check this two settings in the custom function menue and set it to a propper value. If you don't know about custom functions then you should search this forum or HW's website for documentation and read it.

Bluetooth?

Ok... something else: do you have any other devices pluged-in on the usb-port? or are you using an USB-hub? I have to connect my OSTC directly to the Macs USB, i doesn't work on my USB-Hub...

Don't worry. It will work - or not. If the driver is somehow missing, your OSTC will only charge over USB, that's all..

Hi Did you have a look at Systemreport > Hardware > USB? There should your OSTC be listed if connected AND turned on. If not, check too - that you're logged in with an admin-account - that your OSTC is connected to an USB-port on your Mac and not on a Hub (i have problems with the hubs too!). Unplug...

Quasi...
