Re: New firmware 2.0 stable is now available
Almost. The length of each green strip represents the depth at which you would need to deco stop, at that point in the dive. So if after 30 minutes into the dive there is a strip that extends down to 9m, you would need to do a 9m deco stop.

Re: Connect Mk2 to my Mac
Can I suggest you join Yorkshire Divers Forum www.yorkshire-divers.com/forums/forum.php where there is a wealth of knowledge. Chances are that someone has come across this problem before, either with the OSTC or another peripheral.

Re: Took 2n underwater without battery screw
I have a fear of leaving this plug out! I now keep an elastic band in the case and when I take the plug out I wrap the elastic band around the ostc as a reminder. I know it's very low tech but it's worked so far.

Re: Audible alarms?
A vote for no alarm. One of the worst things about warm water, holiday diving is everyone's 30 minute / 40 minute / 50 minute alarms going off. And everyone then has to look at their computer to see if it's theirs going off!! I know you can turn them off, but people have a "I've paid for it so ...

Re: OSTC Mk II PC Simulator
Hi Chris I am in Lancashire so I can't give you a demo...... but, there are 32 people in our dive club and 7 have the OSTC. Is that a good enough recommendation? Mine recently had a problem (only a few weeks old) and the nice people at HW thought it might be a duff battery and a replacement was post...
