This might be not a big help, but I'm running Vista since the first OSTC release and never had a problem with the bootloader, so I'm not sure if it's a Vista issue. It's not required to run the bootloader in admin mode or something like this.

Why not use the existing dive simulator? It enables all dive functionality and has also real depth values. To simulate the dive mode at 0m depth doesn't make sense. After simulating a dive you can reset all deco data and have a clear OSTC.

Die im Hauptsetup von Diving Log enthaltene Version des OSTC Downloads ist noch nicht die neueste. Du mu?t dieses Update im Anschlu? herunterladen und in den Diving Log Programmordner entpacken, dann werden die Profile der neuesten Firmware Version korrekt importiert:
