v1.73 Decoplanner

Hi,

Its great to see the improvements in the decoplanner over the last couple of releases. I will definitely use the decoplanner for quick planning of bottom times so I control the overall runtime & CNS% of my dive. I have plenty of software tools to do precise planning so don't want to see this feature of the OSTC get bloated.

For me having a list of stop depths and times is nice but not the highest priority.

I'd rather just see:

* just the active setpoint (rather than the setpoint list)
* Dil
* GF HI/LO
* TTS
* CNS%
* First stop depth (especially if the list displayed is incomplete which I think it is for long deep dives - missing deepest stops)

Other nice to haves but not so important for me:
* OTUs
* Desaturation time

Also I think you should display the max depth & bottom time the plan relates to. You can sort of see this from the Simulator menu screen - it keeps the max depth chosen but the bottom time reduces to 1 minute as the device is processing.
