After update to 10.30 and battery change, my uptime is still reported as 213d3h. Is this normal?

I've upgraded for 10.30, but a near new battery that showed 95% before the upgrade is now reporting 0% (but it's working fine!)

Have you seen this before?

Thanks

Reselect "Use old" in the "new battery" menu (Menu -> Setting -> Reset Menu -> Reset Battery)

My update is also 213d3h after removing/inserting the battery.

There seems to be a bug. The initial battery menu after removing/inserting the battery is not shown. When I want to open the "new battery" menu via settings, I get a black screen and the computer shows the default standby screen again.

Hi Bernd,

Try removing the battery for like 10seconds. I just verified this here: "New Battery Menu" appears as intend.

Nope. Removed the battery for 30 seconds.

Inserted brand new SAFT LS 14500. No "new battery" menu after inserting. It shows 3.5V 87%, uptime 213d3h.

Removed the battery for 30 seconds.

Inserted brand new 1.5V Alkaline. No "new battery" menu after inserting. It shows 1.6V 100%, uptime 213d3h.

When trying to open the "new battery" menu via settings, it does black screen, splash screen and default view.

That could be the cause (Non-BLE Sport)... Can you please try the attached 10.31?

Hi Matthias,

Yes, it works now. Thank you very much. The new battery menu can now be selected and it also appears after replacing the battery. Uptime is also reported as 0d0h.

Hallo zusammen,

Was mache ich falsch?

Hello,

To be sure : with a "new" Sport (black buttons), there is no need to update from 10.30 to 10.31, isn't-it ?

Not needed but in some cases the new ON-Time counter wasn't properly initialised in the 10.30.

Also "Sport" und Computer schön nah zusammen betreiben.

Hallo Matthias,
