Hi guys
I have a new problem with one of ours OSTC+ Tech. Since the update to the new firmware it won’t charge any more. The charging dongle is flashing green but faster than normally. Does anybody have a solution for this problem?
An additional minor Problem with Bluetooth Connection to my iPad. It will show the OSTC, but when you tap onto “connect” button, the button would disappear - this was the case also with the previous software version.
The second OSTC is charging normally and also the connection to the OSTC Configurator is working without problems.
Best regards

Hi,
Sorry for the delay - can you please re-download and reinstall the 3.10 (release date in the menu should be 07.05.2020 then) and check if the problem is solved?
Regards,
Matthias

Re: OSTC+ Tech is not charging since the update
Hello Matthias
Done as recommended, tested with two different chargers and two different batteries. It does not charge. We have switched now to a normal AA battery. It is a new unit we have got in exchange last September after the problems with the buttons on the previous one.
Best regards
