Hi

I have a problem with the right piezo button on my OSTC2. It started in December but changing the sensitivity to 20% solved the problem until a few days ago. I have updated Firmware to 3.11 but the right button still doesn't work. I can sometimes get it to respond by tapping with my fingernail.

Any suggestings for fixing this problem?

In the past (not with firmware 3.x) i had the problem, that after an firmware update, the right button was not reacting anymore. What helped me:
- put the OSTC in the freezer/fridge for some minutes (seems like cold make the buttons more reactive)
- go to the menu with the button sensitivity change it to eg. 30%, exit to the main screen, go back to the button menu and change it to 20% again and than everything worked fine again

Thanks for the input but it did unfortunately not help with my problem.

Mine had a problem with the same button. Button had to be replaced.
