OSTC 2 (2015) is stuck in dive mode

My OSTC 2 (2015, Firmware 3.10) is currently stuck in the dive mode.
It constantly displays 0.8m but I did surface over an hour ago.
Is there a way to manually end the dive or reset the computer as I don't want to run the battery to zero?
Any suggestions are welcome!

Hi,

yes, there is: put the OSTC in an air-tight plastic box, press down the cap while venting air out of the box, then fully close the box and release the pressure from the cap such that it starts to draw some negative pressure. This will cause the OSTC to "surface".

Hi Ralph,

thanks for the tip. I managed to "surface" the computer and updated it to the latest firmware. I'm guessing it happened due to the surface pressure compensation bug that Version 3.11 should have fixed.

Best regards
