Green writing at bottom of OSTC 2N

How do i change the green writing along the bottom? It is currently the serial number.

If you mean the custom text you will need something like OSTC Tools or OSTC Planner. There is quite a bit on the forum regarding changing the custom text and if I was any good with my iPhone I would post a link. If you use the search facility you should find something helpful (just change the default from 30 days to something more realistic)
