When looking into the repository comments https://bitbucket.org/heinrichsweikamp/ ... 13a7cfdb97 I think we'll have a new/alternative display in the ostc soon -> and a new stable (:P)

Re: 2.63beta
Hi all,
2.63beta has some minor changes, we have uploaded it especially because of the increased delay between two button presses and a bug saving the diluent list for the logbook. I hope the new stable is ready soon but this will be another 2-4 weeks I think.
Regards,
Matthias

Re: 2.63beta
Hi all!
Yesterday I tried the 2,63 beta on a wreck dive, Haven Wreck. Good job for the 256 msec bounce delay time, no more hard switch control with dry gloves.
This time all the decoplan calculation was OK, no strange ceiling changes.
There is still the lead tissue issue, as expected (i see in bitbucket that no change is still made on this issue), and the problem with cns show on simulator when >100%.
We are definitely near a stable release!
Attached the jdivelog of this dive.
I am at your disposal for other deep and long dive tests. Next saturday i'll go to 120 mt on U455 wreck dive here in italy, i'll let you know if everithing will go fine with 2.63 beta (or new betas if you publish it in time).
Bye, Ciro.

Re: 2.63beta
Hi,
The CNS issue is tricky, it's NOT a display problem (The planner computes and shows CNS>100% fine). I'm not sure yet why it computes the CNS too low in your gas list. I almost sure it does compute correctly during a real dive. What CNS have you seen during your Haven dive?
Regards,
Matthias

Re: 2.63beta
My CNS on haven dive was 133%, showed good during the real dive and in the logbook (some oxy on 9mt stop ...). It was a 35 min dive on the wreck (80-35mt) with 16min on 80mtr. First stop on 42 mts, Runtime 89, GF15/95.
Sorry but the forum is somehow not allowing me to attach the jdivelog file... if I attach it freezes the upload of file..
You are right, with all gas enabled in my gaslist, i changed oxy @ 7m to oxy @ 6m, even if I simulate 15 min at 60 mt, the cns show me 0% => 7% ..... ?!?!?!?
Bye, Ciro.

Re: 2.63beta
Our "behind the scenes" updates went a bit wrong today, sorry for that.
Should be fine again, and: You can attach files!

Re: 2.63beta
OK, now it works ..attached the jdivelog file.
Matthias, in what format do you prefere to have the log of test dives? Have I to set debug mode or divisors to give you more info?
Let me know before saturday so i can give you some extra datas.
Bye, Ciro.

Re: 2.63beta still problems with gas list in CCR moder
Dived the 2.63 version yesterday in CCR mode unfortunately the gases are still coming out incorrectly in the logbook.
Still showed:
G1: 00/21
G2: 0/21
G3: 0/21
G4: 0/21
G5: 0/255
G6: 21/0
Do I need to reset the logbook

No, it's a store issue not a logbook issue.
Should be fixed with the attached firmware now (finally) but you may need to do a "Reset Gases and CF" in the Reset Menu first.
Cheers,
Matthias

Re: 2.63beta
Has the colour of the charging icon changed from yellow to red/orange for 2.64?

Re: 2.63beta
Good Morning!
As I said earlier, Yesterday I dived the 2.63beta to U455 wreck that lies from 87 to 118 mtrs (bow struck in the mud, the U-boot lies almost vertical).
The OSTC 2,63beta performed well, everythingworked fine even with manual gas changes before the switch depth setted in gas setup, i tried also to switch GF and aGF more times, did some OXY ==> Nx50 breack ==> Oxy gas change. All perfect ... firmware accepted
I attached the jdivelog and the OSTCTools logs.
Bye, Ciro.

Re: 2.63beta
Hi Adam,
We don't promise a definite date anymore.
It's ready when it's ready. Right now it's mostly testing, not adding any new features currently. It's very likely that there will be another beta first.
Regards,
Matthias
