New 1.44 beta firmware
Re: New 1.44 beta firmware
Hello Matthias,
I've found a small bug with this version.
Either in english or in french :
the "Set Name" function of OSTC Companion is replacing the 11th character by a "b" or "ß"
Example :
1234567890b 2345678
Tel 0033
0102030405
Thanks,
Rougaille.

Re: New 1.44 beta firmware
Matthias,
Another question :
Since Beta 1.41 we have a new display "NEW: Ceiling display (GF_hi based) in divemode"
> I can see in Simulator "Ceiling" increasing from 0.0 > x.x
Can you please explain the meaning of this "Ceiling" value ?
Thanks,
Rougaille.

It's the hard ceiling based on your GF_hi.
Cheers,
Matthias

I can confirm this, will be fixed in the stable, of course.

Re: New 1.44 beta firmware
Hi Matthias,

Already report this problem with with v1.41 on my OSTC3, it's impossible to update the date,

And also when I hold the button "Enter" pressed, to try for changed the date, It blocks the display of seconds, which blocks the watch,

Of course, when I release the "Enter" button, the clock continues to run, but the date has not changed!

If we consider "hard ceiling" as backup's info > (backup ceiling) or (GF_hi ceiling)

It would be nice to also have the info for decompression in progress "real ceiling" > (real ceiling) or (current ceiling) on same screen with display and colors clearly distinct,

Info "real ceiling" linked directly to "runtime", the ascent rate and actual decompression of the dive during all ascent,

Info "real ceiling" may allow to secure a control additional of these two parameters (ascent rate, deco stop)

Excellent the improvement for change of gas,
