I received my new OSTC3 this morning. I connect it to my computer and I try to transfer my logs on DiveLog
I 'm the Com3 USB port that opens. Current transfer and the transfer stops and tells me that the OSTC is not connected!

Try a another Bluetooth adapter. Same Thread how to: OSTC Sport via Bluetooth to Companion?
I can only recommend you a Asus BT 400 (4.0) Bluetooth adapter (~10€). That is the adapter which is for sure a compatibel adapter.Maybe we get a greater compatibility list if you try another 4.0 adapter. I think it depends on newer Bluetooth conformities.
