Programming the OSTC3

Having lost my self programmed OSTC2, yes I am an idiot who drops things, I'm looking at an upgrade before resuming work on my window switching interface. However although a friend on TDF pointed me to some OSTC3 source I'm not finding the things like the schematic we had for the OSTC2.

Is there anybody else self programing this one? I'm assuming that being called OSTC this is possible.
