OSTC Sport 'dead'?

Post by TomtheRom »

Hi there

I bought my OSTC Sport at the Boot Exhibition in Dusseldorf back in January and I'm really happy with it - better said I was.....

On Tuesday last week I did a dive in a lake here around, after I returned from Malaysia, and everything was OK, Batter on 74%

On Wednesday I was not able to start the TV, with no means.
I changed the Battery to a new one, and nothing happend again - I only could see a red LED lightne up for a few seconds, thats all.
Fortunately I had a backup TC with me.

In the meantime I tried several times to strat the TC, without luck.

Do you have any suggestions what I can do to fix this problem asap?

Hi at all

Without the possibility to switch on the TC I cannot put any Firmware on it, unfortunately.

I got in contact with HeinrichsWeikamp in the meantime - the TC will go back to their facility :-)

Thanks for your answers
