Mac sierra and bluetooth...

Hello ,
I have an OSTC 4 N° 00132.
I try to update the firmware , but bluetooth communication does not work .
I use Macbook air , Os Sierra version 10.12.5
The OSTC4 is recognized by the mac bluetooth ystem.
Once the "jumellage" done, it stay connected for some seconds then it isstill mentioned but as not connected.
With the ostc companion i have this message :

Port is not defined.

When i go to preferences in the mac , at the bluetooth i have this
