Hello,
I am wondering, if it is possible for OSTC 3 to read oxygen Po2 from mounted sensor on pSCR. If it is, what equipment do I need?
Many thanks
OSTC 3 reading pO2 on pSCR
Re: OSTC 3 reading pO2 on pSCR
Hi,
You would need the ppO2-Monitor plus an optical cable to connect the OSTC 3 with external sensors. It would be easier with using a OSTC cR because it has the analog to digital converters built in. Anyhow, current firmware just supports CCR mode with external sensors. You can run a pSCR in CCR mode as long as the sensor(s) are online, but in case of loss of sensors the OSTC will fallback to fixed setpoints which does not match pSCR gas laws. There will be native support for pSCRs with external sensor in an upcomming firmware version...

Hi Ralph,
Yes I know that I need pp02 optical cable (on hw web, Optical cable replacement cable between OSTC 3 and hwHUD / ppO2 Monitor)
but other end of cable is also optical, in that manner I need some converter?

Hi Petko,
you already wrote it - the other end of the optical cable plugs into the ppO2 Monitor: http://heinrichsweikamp.com/zubehoer/mo ... nitor.html
