[ OSTC 2 with hwOS ] Custom functions access

Hi,

I would like to know how i would be able to access and join the custom functions from an OSTC 2NE ( inductive charging process and bluetooth connectivity ).

I 'm looking the way to check, set and adjust some dedicated functions ( as example CF05 - CF47 - CF31 - Cf35 36 37 38 - .... )

I haven't found the way to, by using the OSTC planner 2.70 software.
The bluetooth port isn't reachable from the setting menu.
Registered as a free user.

Is there any other software to do such operation ?


My apologyze, i'm a diver but, at the same time a geek !!
My goal is to personalize the display and the settings.
To be the real and a right owner of such device.
Not only press on some buttons ...

Hi,

All the OSTC with hwOS (You call them "NE" - which is not a name we use) do not have the custom functions as they were included in the old OSTC Mk.2/2N and 2C.

There are several option which can only be changed via the PC since they are not really important and we don't want to make the menu as crowded as they were in the Mk.2/2N and 2C. To configure additional settings the "OSTC Tools" are recommended (See Rob's post). Also, "Subsurface" has the ability to adjust these settings.

I'm going to download and discover the use of such software i didn't know.

Understood about the unofficial "surname" of the dive computer used.
I gave and used such name because of the differences between the previous model and the inductive charging process and the bluetooth connectivity.

OSTC 2 : i agree
Is there other suffix to determine such model ?
