My OSTC plus tech 3.01 doesn’t upgrade

Hi, I have an OSTC Plus running on tech 3.01, it seems I can’t upgrade the firmware. I made several attempts through the Osctconf (ips) app. It uploads it, installs and reboot the computer, telling me it was a success but the computer remains on the old firmware. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Can anyone help ?

Perhaps try updating via another mechanism i.e. from your PC/laptop.

Maybe delete the app, reinstall it and try again.

If the upload is fine and the App does not throw an error AND the unit does not install the uploaded upgrade it would indicate the OSTC is not properly set-up for the hwOS tech Version. That raises the question how the 3.01 was installed in the first place... So, if you don't succeed here email me directly and we'll get this fixed with a special firmware for you.

What is even nicer is the speed at which I got contacted and got it solved
