Hello,
I can choose yes/no but I’m not sure about its function.
Could someone explain me the use for that setup?
Thanks.

Re: Swap on empty
Hi,
See manual page 25:
Swap on empty:
This function is particularly useful for sidemount diving: If you activate it with »Yes«, 2 identical active gases can be combined in their gas content.
Default: No
regards,
Matthias

Sorry Matthias.
I was setting up the OSTC when I saw this funtcion.
I did not remember reading it in the manual and assumed it was a new funtcion.
Thanks.

Re: Swap on empty
If set to yes, the OSTC will also make a contingency deco planning in that if gas needs calculations says you're running out of e.g. O2, it will automatically continue calculating with the next best gas that's computed to not being used up yet, like your Nx50, and so on. So it ties to get you a TTS and all the stops data, using up everthing of gas you have with you. Especially useful for CCR bailout calculation, when B/O gases carried are often limited.
