About 1/2 year ago, my OSTC Sport developed a kind of "aversion" to standby mode: At regular intervals, it "presses" its left button independently and thus wanders step by step through its Main Menu. Only after some time (up to 1 hour) does it get tired of this and switches to standby mode. Like a small child that doesn't want to fall asleep... Unconventional behaviour, probably not critical, but unfortunately not conducive to battery life.
But joking aside: Does this behaviour indicate hardware (hairline crack in the electronics or similar)? Or is it something that can be "cured" by firmware adjustments?

Re: OSTC Sport has "aversion" to standby mode
I would think this is more a hardware problem. Please get in contact with us. Maybe a pair of new buttons will fix this (These can be easily replaced by the user in the OSTC sport).
