OSTC Plus start problem

Hello,
I have an OSTC Plus that is stuck at start-up, with a play logo and a bluetooth logo, after a battery change.
I can see it with bluetooth on my android phone, but HWOS config is crashing when trying to connect.
I tested HWOS config android with another OSTC sport, and it is OK.
So, my conclusion is that there is someting wrong with the OSTC Plus 17462.
What should i do to unlock?

Hello,
I downgraded from 10.63 to 10.49 and all seems normal now.

Normally, pressing the left button will exit this (special) bootloader screen
