Deco information suddenly disappears during dive in CCR mode

First to let you know, that I do have the latest firmware installed.
This problem did happen several times now, so I think there must be something wrong.
I experienced the problem, that the deco information suddenly disappears during the the dive, OSTC 4 is in CCR mode. The OSTC 4 is used as the backup computer.
Here an example what happened during last dive, deco information was counting down, all ok, from 15 meters, 12, 9, 6, to 3 meters where 12 minutes of deco where left.
So then at a moment during dive there where 12 minutes at 3 meters deco, but suddenly this info disappeared and I had an NDL of 240 minutes stated. For sure there where 12 minutes of deco at 3 meters left, the main computer of the JJ-CCR stated this 12 minutes.
Then at a later moment during the dive I manually changed back from 1.3 to 0.7 on the OSTC 4 and suddenly, after that change, the deco information was back to normal.
Perhaps this can be corrected/fixed please.

Can you post the configuration of your ostc4 please.
I've been using the ostc 4 as ccr primary and backup. Having done over 150h of dives and never observed that issue.

The displayed decompression information is logged. Can you download the dive with divinglog or subsurface and email us this dive, please? info@heinrichsweikamp.com

Also the deco mode, settings and firmware version would be of interest, of course.

Ok, I downloaded the dive to subsurface, but as i don't know this application, neither use it, what to i need to do, Export the dive? In which format? Would it be Subsurface XML format?

Other infos you need:
- deco mode = VPM +3
- firmware = 1.6.2 with RTE 3.10
