OSTC 3 only USB no BT

my OSTC 3 allows BT data transmission but only USB. this happens with all the firmware that I have

Furthermore, if the companion SW works perfectly, Planner does not see the machine and does not allow me to change the settings (version 2.7.5 for mac) how can I fix it?

when I access the menu where the BT function should be activated this is not displayed


the problems i have with planner are secondary to the BT not working.

Just ignore the naming, this menu will start bluetooth just fine.

even if I can't find any trace on the manuals I think there are two versions of ostc3. One that connects via USB (only) and one that connects with BT. My USB menu if the cable is not connected does not open any submenus. what my OSTC2 did instead, this:
