V10.76 does not update

Hi, I have tried to upgrade from 10.71 to 10.76, but the updating stucks every time on verification, I mean it starts verifying but nothing more happens. Last night I left it verify and in the morning the battery was empty with the old firmware 10.71 (with a note to upgrade!). Did the same yesterday one time before, too.
I have OSTC PLUS #16983 and I am trying the upgrade wit my iPhone.
The buttons do not work, the computer is not possible to shut off.
