Depth and Temperature Issue

I experienced two anomalies with the pressure and temperature sensors on my OSTC 2 (2023) v3.20.
The first anomaly occurred during a dive where the depth suddenly dropped to -306m for a few seconds and the temperature to -999°. This happened on 23.03.2024 while diving in CCR. The following 25 dives were normal. The second anomaly occurred during entry into the water, where the depth again dropped to -315m for a few seconds and the temperature to -999°. This happened on 30.08.2024, also in CCR. This second time, the battery was at 3%, whereas during the previous dive, it was around 80%.
After struggling to recharge the battery, I was able to update to the latest version.
Is this problem software-related, or are the sensors faulty?

Looks a bit like a sensor issue. Email HW.

Contact info@heinrichsweikamp.com and we have this replaced quickly. Looks like a dead pressure sensor to me.
