OSTC+ water ingress

Hello all

Testing my computer before a dive last week I noticed that it was completely discharged, while it was at ~80% the day before.

I tried to charge it wirelessly, which didn't worked, so I opened the battery compartment to find some moisture, and the battery micro-usb terminal was corroded.

A test with a fresh alkaline battery showed that the computer woke up, but the buttons do not work.

The computer is only a few month old, it was purchased around june this year directly from hw.com. Battery compartment was never opened before.

What is the support process?
