I have 2 OSTC Mk1 which I am unable to charge after being in storage.
The blue LED on the USB interface is lit. A faint flashing orange light is present on the OSTC itself as well as a faint blue USB on the OSTC as well. From time to time a line flashes across the screen too.
After several hours of charging, the OSTC is not able to start it up.
Thanks in Advance

Re: Charging Problem
Hi Paul,
Unlikely but possible is that the battery drained completely. The unit will enter a battery saving mode and stop all normal operations. Try a magnet reset then (See attached picture). USB-Power must be attached in order to trigger the reset.
But, I think this is related to a more serious battery or hardware problem. Please contact us directly then: info@heinrichsweikamp.com

Matthias

I have tried a mgnet reset as suggested, but as you suspected this has not been succesful.
I have sent a mail explaining and asking what to do next.

Re: Charging Problem
As recpmended by mail, a reset on the inerface unit sorted this problem on both computers.
